Michael James

Michael studied at Bird College, graduating with a diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance. Since graduating Michael has been able to work in the industry as a dancer on many different platforms,  including Film, Television and Stage as well as international contracts.

Michael was one of the Dancing Leeries in the Disney Film ‘Mary Poppins Returns’. He has toured with Strictly Come Dancing Stars, Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace as a lead Dancer in ‘Tango Moderno’. Michael has worked with artists like Take That and Wyclef Jean, brands like Charlotte Tilbury and Birkenstock, he has also danced on TV in shows such as, The Royal Variety Performance, National Television Awards, The Last Leg, SMTV Live, Blue Peter, and many More.

 

Michael has over ten years of teaching experience, ranging in all ages and abilities. He has taught at Pineapple Studios, Base Studios in London. He has also taught at and choreographed for Professional colleges and Stage schools in and around London.

Michael has choreographed for Cruise ships and Music Videos as well as agencies finding new dancers.
